Some irresponsible parties have devised a way to remove the distinct red filter used for this challenge to reveal the creators' "real" bodies. If you search "how to remove red light from silhouette challenge" on Youtube, you'll find tons of videos providing free tutorials. Sick!
Reddit and Twitter have both banned all the accounts that tried to upload the unedited photos on their platforms, but Youtube has yet to follow suit.
So if you're planning to hop on the bandwagon and participate in the #silhouettechallenge, please be aware that this is happening. If you've already done it, it's best to remove the video or set it to private.
