“Upon receiving more inquiries, a decision was made at 9.40pm to allow customers, staff and tenants to take shelter in the premises while waiting for the situation to improve.
"At this time, our staff was aware that the situation is not like normal flash floods. The situation was very critical, and many major roads were closed, river water has overflowed, the water level on the submerged roads was high up to several feet and very dangerous.
"As a result of the decision, our staff immediately informed customers who are inside the premises and also in the parking area inside and outside the shopping center premises that they can spend the night on the premises," he said in a statement. today.
