Abdul Latiff Abdul Rahman, a PAS parliamentarian from Kuala Krai, has urged the government to cancel the Bollywood concert scheduled for December 1.
He expressed his concerns over the insensitivity of hosting the Stars On Fire concert, featuring renowned Indian artists such as Hrithik Roshan & Prabhu Deva, and criticized the organization of the Stars On Fire concert, stating that it is inappropriate and disturbing given the current situation where innocent lives are lost in Palestine.
This comes after the failure to cancel the Coldplay concert happening tonight in Bukit Jalil. He appealed to the government to take proactive measures to avoid hosting events that contradict the pure values and culture of the country's society.
Latiff emphasized the need to prioritize national sensitivities and suggested cancelling the Bollywood concert.
