A driver reportedly got off scot-free, after he was caught on camera colliding into a parked car.
While the witnesses did not disclose the exact location, the shocking incident showed the man appearing to be drunk, and even smoking.
However, to their shock, the questioning ended within minutes, and the latter merely paid a fine before he was dismissed.
Enraged by the sight, the witnesses took to social media to share their thoughts with viewers, asking whether such a reckless act should be left unpunished.
As for the driver, he had apparently contacted a friend to help him take over the wheels.
