Netflix's smash hit Squid Game has dropped a tantalizing sneak peek at its long-awaited second season!
Fans were treated to a fresh teaser trailer and posters for the high-stakes thrillers upcoming season.
Season 2 kicks off by diving straight back into the deadly challenges familiar from Season 1 only now, there's a twist.
Previously, contestants had a one-time opportunity to vote on quitting the game after the first round. This time, players will vote at the end of each round, with the option to leave and split the prize if the majority agrees.
Seong Gi Hun (Lee Jung Jae), returns as a seasoned participant using his victory to guide others through the first game, Red Light, Green Light, leading the group, but the plan takes a sudden turn when a bee startles one player, causing a panicked movement that puts the team on edge.
Later, during a critical vote, he urges the others to leave, sparking suspicions about his motives.
When questioned about his intentions, he erupts claiming he has played the game before. But another player, unconvinced, scoffs, stating why would he come back here then.
Very exciting indeed, fans wont have to wait much longer, as Squid Game 2 is set to premiere on December 26.
