Craving for some desserts? Here’s how to make a caramel bread pudding. Many have enjoyed this pudding recipe, now it’s your turn.
What you need:
1. Evaporated milk - 1 can
2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
3. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
4. Eggs - 5
5. Bread - 2 slices
6. Condensed milk - 2-3 large tablespoons
Directions:
1. Caramelize sugar in a saucepan
2. Pour the caramelized sugar into containers
**Put the containers in the fridge for 15 mins before pouring the sugar
3. Combine all ingredients (except eggs) and blend until smooth
4. Add the eggs and blend for a while (not too long as there will be holes on your pudding)
5. Pour liquid into containers
6. Cover the containers with aluminum foils
7. Steam for at least 20 minutes
8. Invert the pudding onto a plate
9. Serve warm or chilled
