After trying to avoid the virus for what has now become years, it would appear that there's no more running any longer.
With over 21k cases yesterday (Feb 14th), and about a week of receiving 5-digit daily cases, it is time to be prepared of what is to come after you're Covid positive.
Based on a tweet by the Health Ministry of Malaysia as well as those who have lived through the virus, Covid-19 comes with a couple or so long-term side effects, long after one has recovered (12 weeks).
Here they are.
1. Nose
Difficulty in breathing and the occasional cough.
2. Head
Loss of concentration/attention, headaches, sleep disturbances, confusion.
3. Chest
Difficulty breathing, chest pains, palpitations.
4. Stomach
Pains in abdomen, nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite.
5. Muscle
Muscle and joint aches.
6. Skin
Irritated ears, nose and throat, ringing in ear (tinnitus), ear and throat pains, loss of taste and smell.
7. Psyche
Depression, anxiety.
