After being hit by a car, six booths in Bandar Seri Jempol's Bazaar Ramadhan were completely obliterated.
According to the driver, Nur Shaliyana Abdullah, the incident resulted in the destruction of four tents and the tables in two more tents.
She asserted that she often parks her car there before going to her shop lot nearby.
"That happened in a split second. I hit the brakes, but I eventually ran through the tents as well."
But because the bazaar was yet to be open, she added, "I am thankful that there were no injuries involving the public."
She said a nearby vendor helped her get out of the vehicle and she was not injured.
"I have informed the tent owner about this incident and we have agreed to resolve this amicably," she said, who also apologized to the vendor involved.
