Based on recent reports, an ustaz was charged with three counts of sexual assault against his 14yo student at a private religious school.
Mohd Hafidz Eshak (44), who is also the school’s chairman was accused of touching the victim on her chest, head, hands, back and shoulders for sexual intent on three occasions.
It took place in March, June and on Aug 28, with the acts happening at house in Bandar Dataran Segar and at the school in Port Dickson.
The charge’s punishment should he be convicted would be 20 years jail-term and whippings.
