Shocking fact! But, ladies, your breast size changes every six months.
It's perfectly normal, maybe due to:
- pregnancy
- weight gain/loss
- nursing
- contraception
- health issues
And, this also means you'll need to get a bra fitting twice a year without fail! Remember, an uncomfortable bra that's not your size could even trigger health risks. So, save yourselves from that.

If you're too shy for a stranger to have her hands all over you, DIY in the shower or your room. TikTok user @Madison Anne shows you how to do it the easy way.
All you'll need is a measuring tape, a mirror & your current best fitting bra on. Here are some tips:

To measure:
1- Wrap the tape around your underbust OR under your breast & around your ribs.
2- Note the measurement at where the tape overlaps.
From the bust size, you'll find out your cup- whether it's an A, B, C, D etc.

To measure:
1- Lean about 45° forward.
2- Wrap the tape around your overbust OR the fullest part of your breast across the nipples.
3- Note the measurement.
Now, do a quick math: Subtract the band size from the bust size to find the difference in cm.
Here's the formula: Cup size - Band size = Difference in cm
e.g. 45 cm - 36 cm = 9 cm
After that, compare your measurements with this chart here to find your cup size.
