During medieval times in most parts of England, it was once believed that bathing could make someone terminally ill. One can easily imagine the level of cleanliness these ancient communities held, given that they lacked even the most basic of hygiene. So much so that they practically caused the bubonic plague.
The homo sapiens in general have evolved far since then, of course. Or so we thought. Recently, many Hollywood celebrities have disclosed one trait they have in common— actively avoiding daily bathing. Let's dig further:
1. Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher
This Hollywood couple has admitted during the Armchair Expert podcast that they're not a fan of daily showers— the one part Kunis would wash daily is her face and as for Kutcher, he'd only wash "the crevices" and nothing much else. Hm...
Apparently, they're passing on that habit to their children, too, saying that they "couldn't remember the last time they bathed their kids" and will only do so when they are visibly dirty.
2. Jake Gyllenhaal

Sometimes, a Twitter meme really paints a thousand words. (Can you believe Taylor Swift wrote All Too Well for this guy?)
3. Kirsten Bell and Dax Shepard
Shepard and Bell have said in an interview that they have stopped bathing their children now that they're older. When talking about Kunis-Kutcher confession of now showering daily, this is how Kristen responded: "I’m a big fan of waiting for the stink. Once you catch a whiff, that’s biology’s way of letting you know you need to clean it up... So, I don’t hate what Mila and Ashton are doing. I wait for the stink."

You'd think being able to afford expensive bathrooms would drive these A-listers to shower more often, but we're guessing daily hygiene isn't necessarily their utmost priority.
