In a recent post that is currently trending on X, netizens are sharing their thoughts and interest in a senior space that is located right here in Seremban! Claiming that this is a great place to invest in and a good use of money.

Going for a starting fee of RM5,500 (excluding tax fee) for 2 Pax a month, this Senior Living Resort is to LIVE for. 

  
The rent includes a bunch of other perks too! 

With this rental fee, you will receive a fully furnished unit, have your water and electric bill covered, housekeeping, daily breakfast and dinner, wifi and added facilities. 

  
And kid you not, the facilities are NO JOKE. 

Transforming a mining quarry to a senior living resort, Millennia Village is all about retiring in peace and serene. 

Not only do they have an infinity pool, they are also equipped with a gym, rooftop fun area, a library, multi purpose studio, a 30 minute hiking trail and an arts and craft room! 

But most importantly, they also have resident doctors that are ever ready for any emergencies.

  
Residents are allowed to make their pick from 3 different room categories. Prices do differ between rooms which is why the rent ranges from RM5,500 - RM7,500 but hey, at least every room comes with a balcony and a living space that is accommodating and safe for senior citizens!

  
Being that they are a new place, they are open to allowing new guests to come and even allow the public to book the space for events. However, once they have high occupancy with their senior citizens, it will be open solely for residents only.
