Getting stuck at home for over a month is quite devastating, but this doesn’t mean we can violate the MCO and go running around anywhere we like, especially when we’re in an EMCO area.
Bernama on Saturday (Apr 25) posted a video on its Twitter of a foreigner crawling his way out of an apartment through barbed wire fences in an EMCO area, presumably in Selayang.

This is just outrageous!
And it is no wonder that netizens are angered by the selfish act.
A netizen wrote, “Isn’t this become a serious case when they managed to get past the barbed wire? Hope the authorities will take stern action immediately,” while another commented, “It’s time for the MKNJPM (Malaysian National Security Council) to take stern action.”
