Ingredients:
1. Eggs
2. Chopped scallions
3. Chopped carrots
Optional and customizable
1. Onions
2. Mushrooms
3. Zucchini
4. Bell peppers
5. Garlic chives
6. Ham
7. Bacon
8. Cheese
9. Dried seaweed sheet
Steps:
Beat eggs and mix the ingredients into it. Then, pour a portion of the egg into a thin layer on pan. When the egg is set but still wet, fold it with a spatula and keep rolling.
After that, pull the rolled egg to one side of the pan, add more egg mixture to the open space and repeat. For 3 eggs, the mixture can be poured into the pan 2-3 times, for 5, 3-4 times.
Important things to note:
1. Preheat the pan
2. Do not overcrowd the eggs with fillings - it would be hard to roll it up
3. Make sure the egg isn't overcooked or undercooked
4. Use both hands to roll, each holding a spatula, a spoon or chopsticks
And voila, you're good to go!
