The shocking revelation was confirmed by Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Razarudin Husain, after the individual’s identity documents were discovered on the battlefield.
It’s believed that he fled to Ukraine in April, and had even undergone intensive combat training. Further findings revealed that he was also paid handsomely depending on the combat risk, which ranged between RM1,700, to a staggering RM12,000 per month.
He apparently survived the war despite sustaining injuries, but has since left Ukraine. His current whereabouts remain unknown.
The news quickly went viral on social media, with enraged netizens condemning his involvement as a mercenary in a foreign war.
