Popular beliefs have it that these unexplained cravings might indicate that your body lacks a certain nutrient/hormone/ electrolyte/anything! See what your cravings are telling you.
1. Red meat
You're lacking B12, iron & zinc in your diet. Try fitting in a small amount every week in your meals.
2. Chocolate

You're low on magnesium, oxytocin, or simply hungry for love (serotonin & dopamine)!
3. Dairy products
You're low on calcium, Vitamin D, antidepressants, brainpower, or SLEEP.
4. Salty snacks
You're having an adrenal weakness or in other words, you are under a lot of stress. You might even look for something crunchy to munch on. Also, you might be lacking sodium & magnesium, or potassium.
5. Carbs like bread, rice & pasta

6. Fatty food like peanut butter, fatty meat, fried foods, etc.
You have a fear of being alone & need some comfort that you got as a baby. So, you're looking for something to replace the natural fats from a mother's breast milk.

You're low on stomach acid if you crave acidic foods. You might experience constipation, food intolerance & digestive discomfort.
