1. Carrot Juice

Carrots juice is effective for weight loss as carrots are low in calories and full of fibre. It will increase bile secretion which helps in burning fat thus aiding weight loss. If you would like to make a detox drink, you may add an apple, half an orange and some ginger. It will definitely assist you to flush out all the toxins in your body.
