Being in a wheelchair did not stop "Abang Fakhruddin" from earning an honest income by selling roadside burgers. His tenacity earned praise from netizens, with many in awe of his grit.
The video of him preparing burgers at his stall in Maluri, Cheras, was uploaded by a food review page 'KL Foodie' on Facebook, and had since garnered over 68,000 views.
While ordering three beef burgers, the man behind the camera asked how the seller became wheelchair-bound. The seller explained that he had fallen from the sixth floor of a building when he was a construction worker many years ago.
"I suffered from spinal injury after I fell from the sixth floor of a building when I was a construction worker thirteen years ago," he said.
