The excitement surrounding the release of the 2023 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results is far from over. Since the announcement a few days ago, our social media feeds have been flooded with various videos showing the reactions of students, teachers, and parents who were overjoyed upon seeing the excellent results.
One particular video uploaded by a teacher from Sekolah Sains Tuanku Munawir (SASER) has captured the attention of netizens. It shows a student who was stunned when he saw that he had achieved straight A's in the examination.
The male student screamed "Straight A" and then burst into tears, hugging his mother out of sheer joy over his success. Hearing his joyful scream, everyone in the hall cheered for him.
He then performed a sujud syukur (prostration of gratitude) as a sign of appreciation and thankfulness to Allah for granting him such outstanding results. Not forgetting his father who had sacrificed a lot, the student immediately hugged his father while crying.
A big congratulations to the individual and every scorer in last year's SPM!
