The video, which has garnered over 800,000 views, shows the owner of the roro bin a large waste container used for heavy-duty disposal retaliating after being refused payment by the occupants of a house.
"These people refused to pay me," the worker explained in the video. "They promised to pay in a few days... I called them, but they ignored me."
