Ingredients:
1. Kimchi
2. Sliced beef
3. Red onions
4. Garlic
5. Scallions
6. Sesame oil
7. Gochujang
8. Water
9. Tofu
10. Enoki mushrooms
11. Carrots
12. Sliced squid
13. Sugar
14. Eggs
Steps:
First, place kimchi, sliced beef, red onions, garlic and scallions nicely in your pan. Then add in a tad bit of sesame oil and a tablespoon of gochujang (can be found at the supermarket).
After that pour in some water and let it sit over the fire for a while. Following that, add in tofu, enoki mushrooms, carrots, sliced squid, and just a pinch of sugar, no salt necessary.
Lastly, put in two eggs, and voila, your Kimchi-jjigae is ready to be served and ravaged with either rice or ramen.
