Failed 2021 Resolutions? Do These In the Next 3 Months!

In the blink of an eye, we are already at the final chapters of 2021. Do you remember what happened throughout the year? It's a blur, for sure, as all the days seem the same when we're staying at home. But, with the hope that 2022 would be the year we get back some normalcy, it would be pretty nice to end 2021 with a bang! So, here are some things that you definitely can do within the next 3 months so that 2022 you will be a much better version than the current you!



1. Read A Book

Some people read a book a week, some read one every month. If you're not a bookworm by default, it's alright. 3 months is more than enough time to finish a book. All you have to do is spend 5-15 minutes before sleep to read a few pages instead of scrolling your phone. You'll thank me when this becomes a habit!



2. Changing A Bad Habit

If you know there's something about you that you would like to change, then give yourself a deadline, change it before 2022. It might not happen in a week, or a month, or two months, but I'm fairly confident that if you keep reminding yourself for 3 months, it'll go away.



3. Learn A New Skill

Perhaps you've always wanted to learn coding or baking, but never found the time to do it. Well, I'm going to let you in on a secret: the hardest part is starting. Once you've started on something and actually enjoy it, you'll find time for it. And what would be a better way to start 2022 than with a completely new skill? Plus, these skills definitely do not require you to leave the house!



4. Start Exercising

Oh, my, my. How many "exercise" related resolutions are made around the world every year. Was it one of your 2021 resolutions too? Well, it's not too late! One good thing that came out of the pandemic is that there are now TONS of videos and programs that are made purely for working out at home with minimum equipment. These exercises can range anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes to an hour, depending on what you're comfortable with.



5. Plan A Staycation

Sadly, the opening of borders doesn't seem to be coming any time soon, but that shouldn't stop your desire to take a break from your normal life! We're definitely not suggesting you go out and about, but perhaps a staycation is fine. So, why not take the next 2 months planning one for December?



So, these are just 5 of the many things you could do in the coming quarter. None of them are particularly time consuming, but they'll definitely benefit you big time!
