Recently, many people have received vaccination notices. There are some people who were assigned to the vaccination location that is too far away from home. Luckily, the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (JKJAV) informed the public that they can apply to change the vaccination location by themselves on the official website, and the change will not affect the ordering!
Steps:
1. Open My Sejahtera APP and click Covid-19 Vaccination.
2. Select the first vaccine under your name.
3. Remember to click "Confirm appointment" first, and then click "Click here to cancel your appointment.
4. Select the location of vaccination at the reason for cancellation (Fasiliti kesihatan yang diperuntukan terlalu jauh/ Allocated health facility is too far away).
5. Select the postcode of your state and residence, and then click submit!
The new appointment will be updated in My Sejahtera within 30 days, but the above method mentioned by JKJAV is not applicable to the previous voluntary registration of AstraZeneca vaccinators.
If you recently moved to your new home and found that the scheduled vaccination location is too far away from your new home, you might as well follow the above steps.
