Apparently. the woman's BMW collided with the back of the man's Proton Gen 2 at KM14.6 of the Federal Highway heading towards Kuala Lumpur from Klang. The collision caused the man's car to collide with a Honda HRV, driven by another woman.
The woman refused to hand over her identity card (IC) although the man demanded several times. Despite her pleas for him to return her bag, the man refused & tried to drive off with it, towards the police station.
The 56-year-old man has since been arrested at 6.30 pm on November 27, according to Shah Alam police chief Assistant Commissioner Baharudin Mat Taib.
Witnesses or members of the public with information are requested to assist in the investigation by contacting Assistant Investigating Officer of the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division (BSPT) IPD Shah Alam, Sergeant Hafizi Hashim (013-9557042).
