GEORGETOWN: A car was involved in an accident after trying to dodge a van driven in the opposite direction at the Penang Bridge, near here, early this morning.
It is understood that the incident happened at about 5 am.
Based on the video recording made in the left lane, a van was seen being driven in the middle lane against traffic on the Seberang Perai route towards the island.
As a result, a car is believed to be a Honda City type driven in the right lane hit the highway divider wall when trying to avoid hitting the van.
