 Nike Training Club (NTC) app‘s premium is a subscription-based app that includes all the workout videos and training program from the expert trainers.  But due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Nike Training Club (NTC) app‘s premium version is now accessible at no charge until further notice. 

 Nike Training Club (NTC) app‘s premium offer more than 185 workouts and training programs, including Cardio, HIIT, Strength Training , Bodyweight, Yoga , full-equipment workouts , Abs, Arm,Core workout & etc, ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. 

Additionally, Nike.com and the Nike app. has also started offering new tips on mindset, movement, nutrition, recovery and sleep.
