To make Dalgona coffee, all you need is instant coffee, granulated sugar, milk, and hot water.
1. Mix two tablespoons of instant coffee with two tablespoons each of granulated sugar and hot water.
2. Use a hand mixer (or manually*) to beat the ingredients together until soft peaks are formed.
3. Scoop it on top of your glass filled with milk and a few cubes of ice.
