The terrible death of a 16-year-old boy who apparently fell from the fourth floor of Chung Hua High School in Seremban was confirmed this morning.
Severe head injuries were caused from the incident, which happened on November 7 at around 6 AM. The student was eventually declared dead by the on-scene medical staff.
Reporters were prohibited from entering the school grounds, and it was not immediately possible to determine how the incident occurred.
On Thursday, November 7, at around 10 a.m., a police vehicle carrying the student's corpse was observed departing the school grounds.
Although paramedics confirmed the student had no vital signs when they arrived, the school released an official statement expressing their profound sadness and stating that they had alerted emergency services right away.
The incident's circumstances are presently being looked into by the Seremban Police Department (PDRM).
In addition to assuring students and family that counseling services are being offered to assist those impacted by the tragedy, the school has promised its complete cooperation with the authorities.
When contacted, Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Hatta Che Din said police have received an initial report from the school on the matter and that a post-mortem would be conducted on the victim's remains to establish the cause of death.
We send the student's parents and family our deepest sympathies during this extremely trying time.
