Phase Two Begin: CHECK YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATION APPOINTMENT

Vaccines are one of the methods for us to curb this COVID-19 pandemic and one of the best ways to protect our society from COVID-19. The process will be carried out through the MySejahtera application and a special website or be done manually for those who do not have access to the MySejahtera application. Now, Malaysia has begin phase two of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme. If you’re a senior citizen, an individual who has a chronic diseases or with a disability, the MySejahtera app have started notifying eligible recipients starting from April 5, 2021. If you want to check the vaccination appointment, you can follow these simple steps below:

1. Go to https://www.vaksincovid.gov.my/semak-status/

2. Fill in your IC number and telephone number then click login.

3. After click login will shows the status of your vaccination appointment.

If your appointment has been set, the location of vaccine administration centre, appointment date and time will be shown. If the appointment status shows pending means your appointment date has not been set yet. Kindly check your appointment status frequently to not miss the scheduled vaccination date.
