This Man Paid RM50 For Rojak In Johor But It Was Worth It

Are you surprised that this customer paid RM50 for a box of rojak?

Well don't be 'cause it came from a place of kindness.

The customer, Chiew Wei took to Facebook to share his story of when he had placed an order of rojak at this roadside stall and requested the vendor, an uncle to help deliver it to his car once it was prepared.

Little did he know that the uncle had limited mobility and he felt guilty for asking him to deliver it.

When he was ready to pay, there was no change, he had only larger banknotes and the uncle didn't have enough money to give him change.

So the uncle just said that it was okay, and he'll go back to get the change but Chiew Wei asked him to wait for him as he'll go get it himself.

When he was going to cross the street, the hawker unexpectedly stopped him and said that he can come back next time to pay.

Chiew Wei was touched by the act and offered him RM50 while asking him to keep the change with the uncle replying, "You give too much".

As he shared the experience, Chiew Wei also promoted his roadside rojak stall while streaming live on FB.

If there are any of you from Skudai, Johor, do drop by and support the uncle's business:
