Natural occurences are scary, but they can also be quite magnifique to watch.
For instance, on February 10th, lightning struck the Christ The Redeemer statue in Brazil, and the whole occurrence was caught on camera. Images and videos were uploaded onto social media.
Via the platforms, netizens got to see what appeared to be the head of the statue hit by a bolt of light.
The image was taken by one Fernando Braga, and since being brought to Twitter, it has been garnered over 25k retweets and 197k likes.
