For those of us who live hectic lives juggling between studies and work (either or both), finding time to be your best self, can be very much of a challenge.
Well, TikTok's got you covered, because trending off late, is the 75 Soft Challenge, which basically gives your life a good balanced routine without you realizing it at all.
It is basically for those who do not have time to work out as much as 2 45-minute workouts everyday (75 hard).

The rules everyday are:
1. Eat well
2. Only drink on social occasions
3. Train for 45 minutes everyday for 75 days without a day off and 1 day active recovery every week
4. Drink 3 litres of water
5. Read 10 pages of any book
Pretty simple no?
