SpaceX Worker Falls Into A Two-Year Coma After Workplace Accident, Wife Presses Negligence Lawsuit

Elon Musk’s spacecraft empire is in hot waters following a negligence lawsuit filed against it.

The case was recently filed in court after a SpaceX employee had suffered a major skull fracture at work in January 2022, landing him in a coma until today.

The accident was cited as a “rocket engine malfunction”, where a fuel-controller assembly cover had fallen apart and struck Francisco Cabada’s head.

Apparently this wasn’t the first injury case for SpaceX as multiple other employees also lodged similar complaints.
