A samaritan recently caught this shocking footage of individuals dangling atop Apartment Bayu Tasik, located in Bandar Sri Permaisuri. 

While their identities remain unknown, netizens wondered how they were able to access the restricted area in the first place.

Not to mention, toying with such a dangerous act is a matter of life or death.
