A dispute erupted at a phone accessories shop in Pagoh, Muar, captured on CCTV when a man became agitated over a cracked screen protector on his phone. This frustration escalated into physical assault and verbal abuse directed at a female employee.
Despite the woman's attempts to assist, the man continued to assault her physically, expressing dissatisfaction with the outcome of her work. In response to this aggression, the woman retaliated by throwing several empty containers at the assailant.
The distressing incident, lasting one minute and 38 seconds, was accompanied by the cries of a child, likely a sibling of the victim, expressing fear during the altercation. Unfortunately, no bystanders intervened, and the incident concluded with the man leaving the premises after being chased away by the female employee.
There has been no official police statement regarding the incident, and the victim has not filed any complaints. Those with information are encouraged to report the matter to the authorities at the nearby police station.
