Everyone is guilty of committing Instagram stalking at some point. But, do you know there are ways to view someone‘s Instagram stories anonymously without actually getting caught?
If you‘ve been simultaneously blocking and unblocking someone on Instagram just so your name won't appear on their Instagram story viewer's list, then you're welcome besties. Go ahead and use these tips however you deem fit:
1. The Ol' Hold And Swipe Back Method
For this method, you'll need to view the Instagram story of a person next to their icon, then hold it and slowly swipe back. Don't release your finger or else it'll count as a view.

2. Download A Web Browser Extension
This method is even better as you don't need to be logged in to view anyone's Instagram stories! Just download any Instagram story viewer web browser extension, like Chrome IG Story for instance, and you're good to go. (given that you already have the Chrome browser on your device, of course.)
3. Create An Anonymous Account
A classic amateur tactic, we'd say —simply create an anonymous account and view that person's IG stories directly. There are flaws in using this method, however. You can only do this if the person's account is public, and even so, people are naturally wary of anonymous accounts, and the chances of you getting blocked are rather high.
4. Go To Online Instagram Story Viewer Websites
This one is probably the most harmless method of them all, as far as online stalking goes. There are multiple websites that allow you to key in any person's Instagram URL onto the search bar and view their stories anonymously from there! here are some of the websites you can use:
