Check if you're doing things right & work towards getting your dream waistline.

1- Ditch the scale

Ditch the scale! You might not realize but your body is burning fat. So, don't mind the numbers & continue on your routine. Instead of the scale, measure your waist circumference & your body fat percentage. You'll see that you're making progress.

2- Count your calories right

So, you're planning to eat within a certain amount of calories. But, how do you measure the calories per serving? If you said by 'eyeballing', then, you're doing it wrong. Get a food scale or a calorie tracker app & get an accurate reading.

3- Eat enough calories

Eating under 1200 calories will not WORK! You need to consume calories based on requirements such as your BMI, age, and activities. Or, you'll only end up gaining the weight you lost again.

4- Build on muscles

Your workout routine is missing resistance training. When you burn body fat, you lost muscle mass too. So, you need to lift weight to prevent metabolic slowdown.

5- Don't skip cardio

If you're planning to burn your belly fat, you'll need to stick to a consistent cardio routine. Try jogging, cycling or swimming. You won't hit a weight loss plateau.

6- Don't eat too often

Forget what people on TikTok have been saying about eating often in a day. Studies have proven that has little or no effect on fat burning or weight loss. Go for intermittent fasting instead.

7- Take a break from diet

No changes in your weight for months even with a strict diet? That means your body has hit a plateau. So, take a short break! Add a few hundred to your daily calorie intake. Also, sleep more & focus on resistance training. After 1-2 months, get back into diet again.

So, start losing weight right & you'll see that sexy S-line soon!
