Waking up with a tangled hair is probably a normal (and frequent) occurrence for most of us, doesn't matter if you've smooth or textured hair. Let's be honest, no one likes to see their lustrous locks looking like Medusa's head!
When it comes to detangling those pesky knots, we might end up damaging our hair even further if it's not done properly.
So, how do we prevent tangled hair in the first place?
1. Use the right comb
This is where a detangling hair brush comes in handy. Not only will this brush untangle the knots faster, it's even gentle on your hair which helps maintain the smoothness.
You should never comb your hair from the roots. Instead, start from the bottom of your hair before working your way upwards. This way, you can prevent hair breakage.
