A Malaysian TikToker user has gone viral for her digital videos of a Malay family's daily routine during Ramadan. Nafisha used 3-D character models and a virtual kampung house in life simulation game The Sims 4. Her videos feature the activities of a family of seven in a kampung house during the fasting season.
Her in-game models are well-detailed, accurately capturing the baju Melayu & baju kurung. Even the dishes served at the dinner table are spot-on with murtabak, satay, various assorted kuih and air sirap.
Online users have praised Nafisha's videos for invoking a sense of nostalgia of their younger days staying in their own hometowns.
