The Deputy Health Minister, Datuk Dr. Noor Azmi Ghazali, will be charged with breaching the Movement Control Order (MCO), together with the Ipoh state executive councilor (exco) Razman.
The duo will be charged at the Gerik Magistrate Court, tomorrow (April 28) at 9 am.

According to the report, the Deputy Health Minister and Razman were seen in viral photographs enjoying a meal at a tahfiz center, with about 30 other individuals, including students.
The pictures were first posted on Noor Azmi's Facebook account but were removed later on after many started questioning if it is against the MCO.
Perak police chief Datuk Razarudin Husain when contacted confirmed the matter.
He briefly said, "go to the Gerik Magistrate Court tomorrow morning."
