Ingredients:
150ml of Low Fat Milk
1 Egg
1 Banana
50g of Rolled Oat

Steps:
1. Mash 1/2 banana with a fork.
2. Mix 50g of rolled oat, 1 egg, and 150ml of low-fat milk with the mashed banana.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking tray and topped with mixed nuts, dried fruits, and 1/2 banana.
4. Bake in the oven 180c for 20 minutes.
5. A healthy dessert is ready. Enjoy with your family and friends.
Notes:
1. You may substitute low-fat milk with plant-based milk.
