In conjunction with the National Day month, Pos Malaysia issued a set of "COVID-19 Frontliners Stamps" on 9th September 2021 to pay tribute to the brave frontliners in Malaysia for their dedication and contribution to the country since the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020.
The stamps are designed by renowned mixed-media artist, Red Hong Yi by using over 5,000 pieces of Setem Ku stamps to form collages of frontliners which include doctors, nurses, the armed forces, the police and deliverymen. The stamp sheet comes with a special invisible ink printing of COVID-19 that is only visible under ultraviolet light.
