"Please help me share this viral, the customer is dissatisfied with our service to the point of requesting a refund for a pair of shoes worth almost RM5,000. When asked for the receipt, she wouldn't give it... what kind of test is Allah trying to give me," she wrote in the caption of a TikTok video.
In the shared video, Yuna Zalee can be seen using adhesive tape on the sole and heel of the shoes to prevent them from coming off while being displayed in the gift arrangement. However, the tape left an indelible mark on the sole of the luxury branded shoes, which led the customer to express disappointment and demand compensation.
Not wanting to prolong the issue, Yuna Zalee apologized and promptly paid for the damaged shoes as shown in the video. She also requested that the shoes be handed over to her along with the purchase receipt. However, the customer declined to cooperate and asked Yuna Zalee to collect the shoes herself.

"We asked for the receipt as proof of the original item, that's all... we're not trying to do anything else. If you're not willing to provide it, how am I supposed to know if these shoes are truly the original item?" she said to the customer.
It's understood that the customer had given her the shoes without the receipt, and Yuna Zalee plans to resell the shoes for RM3,000.
The video's sharing has caught the attention of netizens, with many advising Yuna Zalee to be more cautious with deceitful customers. Some also claimed that the customer might be indulging in shopping after receiving a refund from Yuna Zalee.
