In a viral TikTok post by @.amirulshafiq94, a frustrated driver, Amirul, shared his experience dealing with a double-parked vehicle that blocked his car in Kuala Lumpur. According to Amirul, the offending cars handbrake was engaged, making it impossible for anyone to manually push the vehicle aside to clear the way.

After waiting 30 minutes with no sign of the driver, Amirul decided to take an unconventional approach. He borrowed the microphone from a nearby surau (mosque) and made a public announcement to locate the vehicle owner.
In his message, amplified through the loudspeakers attached to the surau roof, Amirul said, "Good morning. Attention! To the owner of this white Proton, please move your vehicle now. Another vehicle is exiting. Thank you."
The announcement did the trick. Fifteen minutes later, the cars driver and his pregnant wife appeared. While the woman smiled and raised her hand upon seeing Amirul, her husband didn't offer any apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused.
"I was a little angry that he did not approach me to apologise for making me wait," Amirul shared in his post. "He looked at his wife and boarded the car without saying anything."
Amirul's creative use of the mosques loudspeakers sparked conversations online, with many applauding his ingenuity while also criticizing the lack of accountability from the car owner.
According to WORLD OF BUZZ, Amirul confirmed the incident took place at a flat in Kuala Lumpur, but he declined to disclose the exact location.
