Hong Kong Disneyland announced on Monday that it will reopen on Thursday, June 18th after about 5 months of closure due to Covid-19.
There will be a daily admission limit. Guests will be required to book reservations online up to seven days in advance and comply with the new measures, including submit to temperature checks and wear face masks.
From the official website announcement, all guests are required to reserve their visit beginning 7 days prior to arrival. Magic Access members can reserve 1 day in advance, beginning from Jun 15, 2020 and reservations for other guests will begin at 12 p.m. on Jun 16, 2020. The park will implement social distancing in queues, restaurants, attraction vehicles, and other facilities. Character experiences requiring close interaction and close-up photos will be temporarily suspended.
Free cancellations for park tickets and hotel room bookings within the specified period are available.

According to Sinchew, Hong Kong Disneyland has been suspended from January 26, becoming the second Disneyland in the world to be closed for nearly five months. Shanghai Disneyland is the first Disneyland to reopen in this period on May 11.
