1- Drink before your meals
Make sure to have 1-2 glasses of water before eating. This will get you full faster & you won't overeat!
2- Cut down portions
Measure how much food you normally put onto your plate & cut it down in half. Use a smaller plate to trick yourself that you're actually eating a large-sized portion.
3- Wear tight clothes
If you're always in your loose outfits at home, you tend to forget to care for your body shape. To remind yourself to maintain a sexy S-line, wear form-fitting, attractive clothes.
4- Watch what you drink
If you thought only food can add those kilos, well, drinks can too! Reduce your calorie intake by skipping fruit juice, energy drinks, cocktails or carbonated beverages. Instead, drink more water or unsweetened tea.
5- No snacking
Stick to set meals only- including breakfast, lunch & dinner. You'll practice a healthy eating schedule without sabotaging your diet.
6- Eat an early dinner

If you're having cravings, just get a whiff of anything vanilla. A candle, essential oil, lotion, perfume, air freshener, or anything vanilla at all! The sweet scent will help to get rid of your cravings.

11- Drink peppermint tea before bed
