ICYMI: WATCH: Visually Impaired Couple Stuck With Child Inside Lift At LRT Station
The irresponsible behaviour of a group of teenagers who waited for a water surge has raised eyebrows among netizens.
In a TikTok video posted by @amruljemat, a group of six teenagers were seen waiting for a water surge that carries with it floating dried leaves and deadwood.
Instead of rushing to the riverbank to save themselves, the group merely waited for the swiftly advancing current to reach them.
Only after the water struck them did they run to the side to save themselves.

"Kepala air tidak boleh bawa main dek (You should not play with water surge, dear)," wrote Amrul.
The comment section saw netizens unhappy with their irresponsible act.
User @idaman684 commented; "As clear as day (of such behaviour). If anything happens to them, let them be. There is no need to find them."
Another user, @normohdhanif wrote; "This is scary. If anything happens to them, you'll need to trouble the Search And Rescue (SAR) personnel to save them."
