In a battle of wills that even a black belt couldn't win, a 4-year-old girl's adorable tantrum during a taekwondo class has taken the internet by storm. The video, shared by coach Faezah on TikTok, shows a determined little student proving that sometimes, the strongest stance is the one with arms crossed and feet planted firmly in defiance.

The clip captures a male instructor trying his best to coax the young martial artist into participating, only to be met with an unshakable refusal. Each time he turns her to face the class, she promptly spins away, making it clear that no amount of persuasion or taekwondo expertise could change her mind.
According to Sinar Harian, the tiny warrior's silent protest stemmed from her regular coach's absence. Faezah explained that the girl, who had been taking classes for two months, wasn't happy with a substitute instructor. "She's used to learning from the same coach, so she wasn't happy with someone new," he shared.
Apparently, this isn't her first battle against change. Even with her usual coach, the child had a history of stubborn beginnings before eventually warming up. Her mother had also noted that she takes time to adjust to unfamiliar faces.
While the instructor might have lost this round, netizens declared the little girl the undefeated champion of cuteness, flooding the comments with laughter. Some joked that she had mastered an entirely new form of self-defense: "emotional resistance."
One thing is certain whether she kicks or sulks, she's got a strong spirit. And that's what taekwondo is all about.
