Appetizer: Pan-fried Chicken Caesar Salad
(A) Ingredients
For chicken:
(1) Lettuce
(2) 2 pieces of chicken breast
(3) 1 small head of garlic
(4) Salt
(5) Black pepper

(1) Ciabatta
(2) 45 ml of olive oil (about 3 tablespoons)

For the salad dressing:
(1) 45 ml of mayonnaise (about 3 tablespoons)
(2) Lemon peel
(3) 45 ml of Lemon juice (about 3 tablespoons)
(4) 5 ml of fish paste (about 1 teaspoon)
(5) 30 ml of olive oil (about 2 tablespoons)
(6) Cheese powder
(B) Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, ground lemon peel, lemon juice, basil, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
2. Mix the minced garlic and diced ciabatta with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Bake it in the oven at 190℃ for 20-25 minutes.
4. Mix mayonnaise, lemon peel, fish paste and olive oil in a bowl.
5. Sprinkle some cheese powder into the mixture to finish up the salad dressing.
6. Pan-fry the chicken breast until it is cooked
Tip: Wait for 5 minutes before cutting the chicken breast open for a more juicy texture.
Soup: Pumpkin and Shrimp Soup
(A) Ingredients
(1) 1 lb of shrimps
(2) 1 pumpkin
(3) 2 onions
(4) 2.5 cups of chicken soup or water
(5) Rosemary
(6) Vinegar
(7) Salt
(8) Black pepper
(9) Chili powder
(B) Steps
1. Slice the onions and pumpkin.
2. Add water into the pot, then add the sliced onions and pumpkins and cook it for a while.
3. Add the chicken soup and rosemary (or parsley).
4. After the soup is cooked, pour it into a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Pour the soup into a bowl and season it by adding vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
6. Mix the peeled shrimps with salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
7. Stir-fry the shrimps.
8. Add the shrimps into the soup.
Main course: Mushroom Risotto
(A) Ingredients
(1) 1 cup of Arborio rice
(2) 1 packet of mushroom
(3) 2 shallots
(4) Chicken soup
(5) 30 ml of olive oil (about 2 tablespoons)
(6) White wine
(7) Leek
(8) Salt
(9) Black pepper
(10) Cheese
(B) Steps
1. Clean the mushrooms (make it quick, you want to keep its fragrant).
2. Soak the mushrooms for 5-10 minutes to soften them. Then, slice them.
3. Stir-fry the sliced mushrooms and chopped shallots and transfer them to a plate.
4. Heat up the pan with olive oil, add some shallots and the arborio rice. Stir-fry them.
5. Add some white wine.
6. When the white wine almost dries up, add some chicken soup.
7. Stir-fry again until the soup almost dries up, then add more soup.
8. Repeat the step until the rice is 70% cooked.
9. Add the mushrooms, and repeat step 7 until the rice is 90% cooked.
10. Add some salt.
11. Turn off the burner, mix the rice with some butter and cheese.
12. Put on the lid and leave the rice for 2 minutes.
Grilled steak
(A) Ingredients
(1) 2 steaks
(2) Salt
(3) Black pepper
(4) Olive oil
(B) Steps
1. Sprinkle some salt, black pepper and olive oil on the steaks
2. Preheat the pan for 3 minutes then add the steak to the hot pan.
3. Cook one side for 3-4 minutes, then only toss it and cook the other side.
4. The total time to cook your steak is up to you, but remember to wait for at least 5 minutes before cutting the steak so that it is juicy.
Dessert: Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
(A) Ingredients:
(1) 45 g of chocolates
(2) 50 g of butter
(3) 17 g of self-raising flour
(4) 25 g of sugar
(5) 1 egg
(6) 1 egg yolk
(B) Steps
1. Melt the chocolate and butter with hot water. Don’t cook it to avoid the chocolate becoming too bitter.
2. Whisk in the egg and egg yolk until completely smooth.
3. Add the flour and stir until the mixture is combined.
4. Add the melted butter and chocolate and stir until completely smooth again.
5. Coat the baking cup with butter and cocoa powder.
6. Pour the chocolate batter into the cup.
7. Bake it in the oven at 220℃ for 6 minutes.
8. Invert the cup and remove the lava cake carefully onto a serving plate.
9. Dust it with some powdered sugar or any other toppings you desire.
