Banana dessert can be quite healthy. And this recipe for the banana-oatmeal tart is very easy to prepare. Ingredients:
Instant oatmeal - 50g
Banana - 2
Egg - 2
Milk - 120g
Directions:
1. Put the bananas into a bowl, peel and mash until smooth.
2. Mix the instant oatmeal with mashed banana and stir until thicken.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold, press it until it flattens and lines smoothly at the bottom of the mold.
4. Bake it in the oven at 200 degree for 5 to 10 minutes to let it set.
5. Crack the eggs into another bowl, pour int milk and stir well.
6. Sift the milky eggs so it becomes finer, and pour it into the mold.
7. Bake in oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
8. When the egg white turns golden brown and solidifies, remove it from the oven.
9. Remove from the mold and you’re set to eat your tart.

**For those who have sweet tooth, you may add white sugar to your egg mixture according to your preference. Certainly not recommended for those who prefer bland food.
**If there’s too much egg mixture, you may need to bake for a longer time.
